Amending Reg. 761 of R.R.O. 1990

(MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS)

1. (1) Sub-subclause 1.2 (1) (b) (ii) (A) of Regulation 761 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(A) are sold, offered for sale or transferred only to persons who are consumers or to persons employed or otherwise engaged by a food delivery service to deliver the milk products directly to a specific consumer, and

(2) Sub-subclause 1.2 (1) (b) (ii) (B) of the Regulation is amended by adding “or until they are picked up from the plant by a food delivery service and delivered directly to a specific consumer” at the end.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
