Amending Reg. 716 of R.R.O. 1990

(LAND IN TERRITORY WITHOUT MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATION)

1. The definition of “Minister” in section 1 of Regulation 716 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “at their last known place of residence” at the end.

3. Subsection 6 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ministry of Municipal Affairs” and substituting “ministry of the Minister”.

4. Subsection 7 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “at their last known place of residence” at the end.

5. Subsection 10 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “under the listing for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing” at the end.

Commencement

6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
