Amending O. Reg. 664/21

(FEES FOR CENTRAL BARGAINING)

1. The English version of Ontario Regulation 664/21 is amended by striking out “trustees’ association” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “employers’ association”, except in paragraph 2 of subsection 3 (1).

2. Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ontario Public School Boards’ Association” at the end and substituting “CODE”.

3. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

1. An English-language district school board shall pay the fee to the CODE.

Commencement

4. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 3 comes into force on September 1, 2026.
