Amending O. Reg. 293/12

(SERVICES TO OTHER MINISTRIES AND PUBLIC BODIES)

1. Ontario Regulation 293/12 is amended by adding the following section:

Collection services for the Attorney General

9. The Minister of Revenue is authorized under subsection 11.1 (2) of the Act to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Attorney General to provide collection services to the Ministry of the Attorney General.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
