Amending O. Reg. 63/16

(REGISTRATIONS UNDER PART II.2 OF THE ACT - WATER TAKING)

1. Paragraph 4 of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 63/16 is amended by striking out “greater” at the end and substituting “higher”.

2. The definition of “construction site” in section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “associated with” and substituting “directly associated with”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
