Amending O. Reg. 462/07

(INSURANCE)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 462/07 is amended by adding “for all claims under the insurance in respect of the same occurrence” at the end.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2027.
