Amending O. Reg. 354/02

(CONSENT GRANTING AUTHORITY)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 354/02 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

12.0.1 Town of Kearney.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of August 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
