Amending O. Reg. 410/22

(ELECTRICITY INFRASTRUCTURE - DESIGNATED BROADBAND PROJECTS)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 410/22 is amended by striking out “November” in the portion before subparagraph i and substituting “September”.

2. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 11 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “November” and substituting “September”.

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 11 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “In the first report and every subsequent third report” at the beginning and substituting “In the reports required to be submitted in January, April, July and October in each year”.

Commencement

3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 1 and subsection 2 (1) are deemed to have come into force on September 1, 2025.
