Amending O. Reg. 616/21

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Paragraph 10 of subsection 59 (1) of Ontario Regulation 616/21 is amended by striking out “subsection 56 (1)” and substituting “subsection 59 (1)”.

2. The English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “A.D.E.” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “ADE”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
