Amending O. Reg. 132/12

(CLASS SIZE)

1. (1) The English version of subsection 2.1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 132/12 is amended by striking out “any” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “either”.

(2) Paragraph 3 of subsection 2.1 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

2. (1) Subsection 7 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) The Table to subsection 7 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
