Services
Courses are designed for adult learners who want to complete their high school diploma. Focus on reading, writing, mathematics, and social sciences. Offers a wide variety of Independent Study courses that may be applied towards an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Offer over 75 courses in grade 9, 10, 11, and 12 in the new curriculum. Courses allow students to work at their own pace and location with the study flexibility of starting and finishing a course at any time of year. Also offers computer classes, English as a Second Language Classes and interest courses. The Centre offers 3 ways to take courses: instructor lead, computer-based and correspondence self-study. Clinton location closed 31/10/2024. Tutoring services offered at Clinton Library (Mon 1 pm-4 pm), Central Huron Secondary School, Room 122 (Mon 5 pm-8 pm, Tue 3 pm-6 pm). SURP Classroom Tue, Thu at Seaforth CEL (9 Goderich St W) 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm. PEREG 8/11/2024. In-person services available until Mar 31, 2025 in Seaforth, Exeter, Goderich and Wingham. Eligibility
Open to adults of all ages. Credit courses are available if:
• 18 years or older
• 16-18 years of age and have written approval from the Principal of your current school
