It has been another remarkable year of progress in the Court Services Division (CSD) of the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) as we continue our journey toward modernization and more streamlined services. Our efforts are focused on making it easier for the people of Ontario to access the justice services they need, and on enhancing the workplace experience for our employees.

Our frontline court staff – the backbone of our justice system in Ontario – have done incredible work in recent years to modernize court services and deliver more services virtually and online than ever before.

In this year’s annual report, I want to take the opportunity to recognize CSD’s key accomplishments and the tremendous progress we have continued to make. None of it would have been possible without the collaboration of our dedicated staff, our judicial partners, and our valued stakeholders – I express my sincere appreciation to all for their contributions.

I look forward to building on our strong foundations and continuing to drive modernization initiatives forward in future years.
