Notice to Clients

When new or changes to existing products, services, legislation and policies related to the Companies and Personal Property Security Branch are implemented (e.g. availability of forms on the Internet), the Branch will issue a “Notice to Clients”.  Below is a list of Notices to Clients issued in 2007 and onwards.  Notices to Clients are issued to advise clients of new products or services, changes to existing products and services, and changes to legislation or policies administered by the Companies and Personal Property Security Branch (e.g. availability of forms on the Internet).
