These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Compliance Order against a registered private career college by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (2) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered Rupinder Pal Singh Channa to:
Fulfill his duty to assist, as required by subsection 38 (6) of the Act, by responding to the inquiries of the Superintendent and/or designates, including providing the information, documentation and full and true answers to questions provided in the Designate’s July 20, 2022 Section 38 email.
Required Actions
By August 19, 2022, Rupinder Pal Channa is required by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges to provide written confirmation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that he:
- Has fulfilled his duty to assist, as required by subsection 38 (6) of the Act, by responding to the inquiries of the Superintendent and/or designates, including providing the information, documentation and full and true answers to questions provided to you in the Designate’s July 20, 2022 Section 38 email.
