Ministry-run Employment Ontario offices are responsible for:

  • administering transfer payment agreements with third-party service providers delivering employment, training and skills development programs and services
  • supporting clients enrolled in skills training programs like Better Jobs Ontario
  • financial administration for apprenticeship-related support programs and grants

In general, if you wish to access Employment Ontario programs and supports, you should not contact one of the offices listed on the page. Instead, contact the Employment Ontario contact centre or use our online booking system to schedule a free 1-on-1 appointment with a counsellor.
