Ingredients
- 4 medium Ontario Cooking Onions, finely sliced
- 2 cloves Ontario Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- chopped fresh Ontario Parsley (optional)
Instructions
In large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, vinegar and salt; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
