Adjudicative tribunals and clusters

Adjudicative tribunals
1. Each of the agencies, boards, commissions, corporations and other entities listed in Schedule 1 to this Regulation is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “adjudicative tribunal” in section 2 of the Act. O. Reg. 126/10, s. 1.
Cluster of environment and land tribunals
2. The following adjudicative tribunals are designated as a cluster of environment and land tribunals:
1. Assessment Review Board.
2. Board of negotiation continued under subsection 27 (1) of the Expropriations Act.
3. Conservation Review Board.
4. Environmental Review Tribunal.
Note: On April 3, 2018, the day section 45 of Schedule 1 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force, section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph: (See: O. Reg. 81/18, s. 1 (1))
4.0.1 Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
4.1 Mining and Lands Tribunal.

3. The following adjudicative tribunals are designated as a cluster of social justice tribunals:
1. Child and Family Services Review Board.
1.1 Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
2. Custody Review Board.
3. Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
4. Landlord and Tenant Board.
5. Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English).
6. Ontario Special Education Tribunal (French).

4. The following adjudicative tribunals are designated as a cluster of safety, standards and licensing tribunals:
