Moderation period — York University and CUPE
1. The moderation period in respect of the class of employees covered by the collective agreement between York University and Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1356-2 in operation from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 begins on January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2024.
Moderation period — Villa Forum and LIUNA
2. The moderation period in respect of the class of employees covered by the collective agreement between Villa Forum and Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 3000 in operation from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2020 begins on May 1, 2020 and ends on April 30, 2023. Moderation period — St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke and ONA
3. The moderation period in respect of the class of employees covered by the collective agreement between St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke and Ontario Nurses’ Association in operation from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020 begins on April 1, 2020 and ends on March 31, 2023. O. Reg. 694/21, s. 1.
