Limit, part-time judges

1. For the purposes of subsection 44 (2) of the Act, the limit is 75 per cent of full-time service in a fiscal year.

Note: On April 1, 2026, section 1 of this Regulation is amended by striking out “75 per cent” and substituting “50 per cent”. (See: O. Reg. 51/25, s. 2)
