Note: THIS REGULATION IS NOT YET IN FORCE. It comes into force on July 1, 2026, the day clause 1 (3) (a) of Schedule 8 (Measures Respecting Premises with Illegal Drug Activity Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario Through Safer Streets and Stronger Communities Act, 2025 comes into force.
No amendments.

Prescribed offences
1. An offence under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) for contravening paragraph 7.1 (1)(a) of that Act is a prescribed offence for the purposes of the Act.
2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
