  • Land Registration Information
    54 Land Registry Offices throughout Ontario which register, store and manage documents such as deeds, mortgages and plans of survey. Registration of real property is done under either the Land Titles Act or the Registry Act. All registered and deposited records are available to the public (for a fee) to search title or obtain information about the ownership of real property.
    The Policy and Regulatory Services Branch of ServiceOntario is responsible for setting policy, procedures and standards for the registration of documents and plans in the land registration system.

  • ServiceOntario: Personal property security registration - Access Now
    The Personal Property Security registration system is a public database and notice-filing system that is maintained under the Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) and Repair and Storage Liens Act (RSLA). The purpose of the registration system is to provide information concerning collateral subject to a secured transaction. Individual consumers and commercial customers can search the database to determine whether an item of personal property has been used to secure a loan or is subject to a lien.
