Extension of Declaration Order MSG-105: Sault Ste. Marie Observation and Detention Home for Young Offenders
The ministry’s declaration that Ontario Realty Corporation can expand the Sault Ste. Marie Detention Home for Young Offenders without entering the environmental assessment process.
Extension of declaration order

Condition 5 of Declaration Order MSG-105 (Order-in-Council number 2537/2000) for the above undertaking, provides that the Declaration Order expires on December 20, 2005 or such later date as is determined by the Minister of the Environment and published in The Ontario Gazette.
Take notice that the exemption for the above undertaking has been extended to December 20, 2010, or such later date as subsequently specified in the same manner as provided in condition 5, so that condition 5 now reads:
- This exemption order expires on December 20, 2010, or such later date as the Minister of the Environment may specify in writing to the proponent and in The Ontario Gazette.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
