Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) Ontario Kale, coarse stems removed and leaves torn, (about 8 cups/2 L)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Ontario Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) sweet paprika
- Pinch each coarse salt and pepper
Instructions
In large bowl, toss together kale, oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Use hands to toss, coating leaves well and to massage in the oil.
Arrange kale leaves on two parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheets. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven, switching trays halfway, until kale is crisp and slightly browned, about 20 minutes.
