Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Ontario Sour Cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) well-drained coarsely grated Ontario Greenhouse Cucumber
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon pepper and a pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
In medium bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
Tip: Grate the cucumber on the coarse side of a cheese grater then drain in a sieve, pressing with a spatula to squeeze out excess liquid before measuring.
