Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pkgs (250 g each) block cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped Ontario Red Onion
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh Ontario Dill
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cup (375 mL) flaked, boned and skinned smoked Ontario Lake Whitefish
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Garnish: chopped Ontario Red Onion and green onion
Instructions
In large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and cider vinegar; mix until smooth. Add red onion, dill, green onions and whitefish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently mix; transfer to serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Garnish with red and green onions. Serve with warm bread.
