Section 4 of the Power Commission Amendment Act, 1973, which was proclaimed in force on March 4, 2974, provides that the body corporate incorporated under the name of "The Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario" is continued under the name of "Ontario Hydro".

We wish to advise you that where an instrument is presented for registration under the Land Titles Act describing the transferor etc. as "Ontario Hydro", and "The Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario" is shown as the registered owner, it is not necessary for "Ontario Hydro" to amend the register prusuant to section 82 of the Land Titles Act to reflect the above-noted name change.
