Bulletin content:

Land Registrars are advised that instruments should not be accepted for registration if corrections have been made on them using opaquing liquid, as some opaquing liquids tend to peel off, leaving no evidence of the second version of the typing. Although an instrument as corrected may appear properly on microfilm, if filmed shortly after receipt, title searchers examining the instrument may not necessarily be aware of a correction if the liquid subsequently became detached.
