Pursuant to subsection 18(9) of the Registry Act, every land registrar is hereby required to establish a separate alphabetical index in Form 8 of R.R.O. 1980, Regulation 896, for the recording of wills, probates, letters of administration and similar grants issued by the Surrogate Courts. This index is to be established by July 1, 1984, but in to minimize workload implications, land registrars are advised that only instruments in the above categories, which have been registered after July 1, 1984, need to be abstracted therein.

Land Registrars requiring paper and binders may obtain them from the bookbinder by ordering Form 10359.
