Order in Council 1013/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter H.8,

Kevin Clifford Byrnes

be appointed as Registrar of Motor Vehicles effective July 28, 2019.

Further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 153/2015 dated February 25, 2015 appointing Heidi Francis as Registrar of Motor Vehicles be revoked.
