On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ruth Goba was appointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective February 2, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 256/2017;

And whereas Ruth Goba tendered her resignation effective May 31, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 256/2017 be revoked effective May 31, 2018.
