On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Denise Steele was appointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective February 8, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 154/2018;

And whereas Denise Steele tendered her resignation effective April 6, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 154/2018 be revoked effective April 6, 2018.
