On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jennifer Boyd was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective April 11, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 681/2018;

And whereas Jennifer Boyd tendered her resignation effective May 15, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 681/2018 be revoked effective May 15, 2018.
