On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anna Truong was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective February 8, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 24/2016;

And whereas Anna Truong tendered her resignation effective September 15, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 24/2016 be revoked effective September 15, 2018.
