On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Labour Act,

David N. Corbett

be appointed Deputy Minister of Labour, effective August 12, 2019, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond March 1, 2022;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 850/2019, dated June 5, 2019, be revoked effective August 12, 2019.
