Order in Council numbered O.C. 1109/2016 dated June 30, 2016 and O.C. 583/2017 dated March 22, 2017 that appointed and designated

Janine Van den Heuvel of Troy

as a part-time member and part-time Chair of the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
