On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1734/2017 dated August 31, 2017 that appointed Susan Martin of Chatham as a part-time member of the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
