On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 537/2017 dated March 8, 2017 that appointed Douglas Rutherford of Ottawa as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board under the Criminal Code, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
