On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996, Kam Va Philip Leong of Oakville be reappointed as a part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors, for a fixed term of six months, effective January 17, 2020.
