On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2439/2017, dated the 14th day of December, 2017, John Pineau was reappointed as a member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority;

And whereas, John Pineau has resigned;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act,  Order in Council numbered O.C. 2439/2017 is revoked, effective August 3, 2018.
