Order in Council 1134/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Pittsburgh, now in the City of Kingston, in the County of Frontenac, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 to 5 on Ministry Plan P-3069-99 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on November 5, 2018, be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
