Order in Council 1138/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Antoine (unsubdivided), in the District of Nipissing, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3422-12, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on July 23, 2018, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
2. Order in Council O.C. 351/86 dated February 7, 1986, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing as Instrument 255119, designating the above mentioned highway as secondary highway, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-3422-12 filed as described above.
