On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 562/2015 dated May 6, 2015 that appointed

Yacout El-Sayed of Brampton

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario under the Massage Therapy Act, 1991, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
