On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Alan Levy was appointed a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a term of two years, effective May 31, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1100/2017;

And whereas Alan Levy tendered his resignation effective September 14, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act, Order in Council O.C. 1100/2017 be revoked effective September 14, 2018.
