On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 7 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended, Mario Di Tommaso be appointed as the Commissioner of Emergency Management, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And that O. C. 1237/2016, dated August 24, 2016, be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
