On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998,

Stephen Rhodes

is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC), to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not extending beyond June 29, 2021.

And further, Order in Council O.C. 311/2017, dated February 2, 2017, is revoked.
