On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Egya Sangmuah of Toronto be reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective August 13, 2016.
