Order in Council 1232/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

A proclamation in respect of the Supporting Ontario’s Trails Act, 2016 be issued in the form set out in the Schedule.

Supporting Ontario’s Trails Act, 2016

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

September 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Supporting Ontario’s Trails Act, 2016, c. 8, come into force:

1. Schedule 1 (the Ontario Trails Act, 2016), s. 1-14.
2. Schedule 3 (which amends the Occupiers’ Liability Act), s. 1.
3. Schedule 6 (which amends the Trespass to Property Act), s. 1-2.
