Order in Council 1235/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1266/2014, dated October 22, 2014, Dr. Lucy Juanita Strang was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Lucy Juanita Strang has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective March 25, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1266/2014, dated October 22, 2014, appointing Dr. Lucy Juanita Strang as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
