On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, as amended,

David Fawcett of Markdale

be appointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act, as amended,

David Fawcett of Markdale

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
