On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Medical Laboratory Technology Act, 1991,

Ayo Adediji of Thornhill

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario for a period of three years, effective October 20, 2016 to and including October 19, 2019.
